Step 2Seller ships the item
The seller is notified that funds are secured. They ship the product with tracking provided.
Step 3Buyer confirms delivery
Once you receive and inspect the item, you confirm delivery. The money is released to the seller.
Step 4Disputes resolved fairly
If there is a problem, open a dispute within 48 hours. JAALLE mediates and resolves based on evidence.
